Responsibilities

  1. Improves and drives the CRM department and processes.
  2. Propose methods to acquire and retain customers and participate in growth campaigns.
  3. Maintains and improves data management processes and accuracy.
  4. Analyse data to inform business development team, sales and planning team.
  5. Proactive in offer ideas insights to improve customer’s challenges and issues.
  6. Ensures maximum satisfaction from the customers.
  7. Works with customer service, marketing staff and operations to maintain focused attitude with a focus on activities that creates lifetime customers.
  8. Responsible for retention programs.

Skills/Experience

  • Minimum 5 year experience
  • Knowledge in both retail and ecommerce
  • Good communication skills, good demeanor and personal effectiveness.
  • CRM Software Proficiency
  • Excellent spoken English
  • Ability to understand and handle customer reviews
